Well...we have spoken with our landlords and we are really excited because they have told us that we will get first option to buy this place!! We love it here and are so excited. It is on 2.6 acres I think, somewhere around that and overlooks a pond and the bear river. If Zona (the owner) doesn't pass away before the beginning of the year we are going to write up a lease to own option and get things rolling. If she passes before then, well we will buy it. Zona has been on Hospice since July and was thought to pass a long time ago. She has Alzheimer and can't eat or do anything by herself, so unfortunately she is just miserable and lingering on. This extra time has helped us get in a good buying position and hopefully everything will work out well. Hip Hip Hooray for the house in Benson!
